✅ Not seeking Treatment.
✅ Thinking that taping and bracing, by themselves, are suitable recovery techniques.
✅ Not continuing treatment until soreness is gone. Ex: Icing once and not continuing treatment because you think it makes you look weak or you just don’t want to do it.
✅ Allowing soreness to go away on its own.
✅ Not seeking medical attention for chronic soreness.
✅ Not getting adequate rest.
✅ Not periodizing workouts.
✅ Inadequate Nutrition (Macros: Fat, Protein, Carbs, etc.).
