All Sports University products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

IV. CANCELLATION POLICY.
All subscription-based products like ATS™ Core, ATS™ Complete, and Coach Pass™ may be canceled at any time. When canceled:
- You will lose access to the canceled product at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No future payments will be debited from your account.
- You will not be refunded any dollar amount for payments that have already been made.
- You may lose any progress, awards, and or achievements received.
- To regain access, you must resubscribe.
WAR™ PASS MONTHLY.
WAR™ PASS MONTHLY is an MPO or Monthly Payment Option product. An MPO is not a subscription, it is a more convenient payment option that allows you to break up a one-time product payment into monthly payments. As such, canceling WAR™ PASS MONTHLY before all 12 payments have been made will result in the following:
- Removal from any and all leaderboards.
- Deletion of Athlete Profile.
- Revoking of any and all awards.
- Temporary and or permanent suspension from the entire platform.
WAR™ PASS ONE-TIME PAYMENT OPTION.
The WAR™ PASS ONE-TIME PAYMENT option is set up as a subscription and will auto-renew each year on the original purchase date. Cancelling this subscription has no effect on the current season, as your payment for this season has already been paid in full.

The purchase of any product, with the exception of Coach Pass™ grants you, the purchaser, the non-exclusive, worldwide license to access the product(s) you have purchased by signing in to Sports University, The Training App, and any and all related websites, then, utilizing the product(s) you have purchased for personal, non-commercial use, in order to, train and develop sports-related skills and abilities in yourself and or those who legally reside in the same household as you.
THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH THIS LICENCE.
1. This license grants you, the purchaser, or anyone who legally resides in the same household as you to sign in to Sports University, The Training App, and any related websites to access and utilize the virtual product(s) you have selected for personal, non-commercial use, in order to, train and develop sports-related skills and abilities.
2. This license grants you, the purchaser, the right to gift the product(s) you have purchased to a household of your choice. Upon gifting, you understand that you, the purchaser, as well as, anyone else in your household, are no longer licensed to use the product(s) you have purchased.
THINGS YOU CAN’T DO WITH THIS LICENSE.
1. You may not reproduce, copy, photograph, video, film, screenshot, share, post, distribute, upload, download, or otherwise use any content provided in any virtual product you have selected, in any way, shape, and or form, outside of its previously stated licensed use, without the express written consent of Soldier Up Sports.
2. You may not purchase any product(s), “gift” it to someone else, and keep it for yourself.

4. You may not use any product(s) you purchased to train any team, teams, group, or groups of people who reside outside of your household, even if you are not selling or otherwise profiting directly from their use. NON-LICENSED USE.
If it is determined by Sports University that you, the purchaser, or anyone else, is using any product(s) you purchased outside of its licensed use, Sports University, at the sole discretion of Sports University, reserves the right to permanently and or temporarily terminate your access to the product(s) in question and or to any and all other products Sports University sees fit, immediately, and without notice. Furthermore, Sports University, at the sole discretion of Sports University, reserves the right to pursue damages, losses, and any other form of financial compensation it feels it is entitled to as a result of any non-licensed use of any of its products.
