- Weighted Vest or Dumbbells for Phases 2 and 3.
- For Phase 2, you will need a Weighted Vest or Dumbbells with a weight equal to 10-20% of your body weight.
- For Phase 3, you will need a Weighted Vest or Dumbbells with a weight equal to 20-30% of your body weight.
