ADR™ Snapshot.

Recommended “as needed”, an ADR™ Snapshot allows athletes to submit up to 2 minutes of compiled video clips highlighting one (1) issue, area of concern, or Gamification Achievement.

Once submitted, @thetrainingteam will analyze your ADR™ Snapshot and:

• Provide you all the focused feedback you need to continue turning your game ALL THE WAY UP!
• Award you any and all LV2 Gamification Achievements earned.
