Recommended at the end of each 12-week Training Cycle, an ADR™ Full utilizes film, snapshots, in-person assessments, and or video conferencing to assess your Nutrition, ATC™, METLE™, and MTR-F™ development over the last 12 weeks.

Upon completion, your ADR™ recalibrates your ABP™, Nutrition Macros, and overall training Focus™, fine-tuning your development to perfection—empowering you to continue turning your game ALL THE WAY UP!
