The above services are not included in our Core Enrollment due to the significant time, and extensive one-on-one interaction required to deliver them. Though extremely useful, adding them to our Core Enrollment would price too many athletes out of being able to receive the superior training and athletic development our platform provides. Therefore, our Core Enrollment provides all of the essentials needed to start developing into a superior athlete today, and everything else is made available as an add-on to be purchased as needed.
RECOMMENDED ADD-ONS.
After purchasing your Core Enrollment, we recommend the following Add-Ons for all athletes:
- ABP™ – Initial ATC™, METLE™, and MTR-F™ assessments, Focus, and D1 Compare™.
- Nutrition – Includes one (1) nutrition update to dial in your Macros.
- Nutrition Updates – Used to dial in your numbers to adjust for changes in intensity of work, performance optimization, weight loss to goal, weight gain to goal, mitigating plateaus, etc.
- Elite Bundle – Includes ABP™, Nutrition, and one (1) nutrition update to dial in your numbers.
RECOMMENDED AS NEEDED.
We recommend the following Add-Ons as needed:
- Snapshots – submit one compiled video clip, up to 2 minutes in length, highlighting one (1) performance-related concern. Receive focused feedback to isolate and prescribe required training to solve the issue.
- Film Review – submit one (1) full length game, practice, or training session for review. Receive focused feedback to isolate and prescribe required training to solve all issues present.
- Nutrition Update – adjust for changes in intensity of work, performance optimization, weight loss to goal, weight gain to goal, mitigating plateaus, etc.

Our Training Process.

Purchase Your Core Enrollment.

Check Your Email.
Once your Core Enrollment has been purchased, you’ll receive an email providing instructions on Getting Started.
- Logging in to the App or web-based platform.
- Accessing your Training Driveâ„¢.
- Accessing the Getting Started module.
✅ STEP 3.
Recommended Add-Ons.
Once you’ve accessed the app, we recommend picking up an ABPâ„¢ + Nutrition Plan or an Elite Bundle (includes both) from the Turn Up section. These items are optional, but they’re highly effective in supporting the growth and development of superior athletes.
✅ STEP 4.
Start Training.
Everything you need to create your own personalized Training Schedule, access your ATCâ„¢ Workouts, access your LV1 and LV2 SkillPacks, and start training is located under Start Training in the Getting Started module.
Remember: All training should be completed in 12-week cycles (periodization).

About Periodization.
By utilizing 12-week cycles, athletes can take advantage of periodization:
- Improved Performance: By systematically planning training phases, periodization allows athletes to peak at the right time, improving their overall performance during competitions or key events.
- Reduced Risk of Overtraining: Alternating between phases of intense work and recovery helps to avoid burnout and overtraining, keeping athletes healthy and consistent.
- Enhanced Recovery: Structured rest and recovery periods ensure the body has adequate time to heal and rebuild, preventing injury and fatigue.
- Optimized Adaptation: Periodization tailors training intensity and volume to the athlete’s needs, ensuring optimal physical adaptations, such as strength, endurance, and power improvements.
- Targeted Goals: Breaking training into cycles allows athletes to focus on specific objectives, such as building strength in one phase and improving speed in another.
- Mental Focus: Changing training routines and goals keeps athletes mentally engaged and reduces monotony, which can boost motivation.
About Rest.
At the end of each 12-week cycle, athletes should take 1-2 weeks of rest. And by rest, we mean rest. Not resting at the end of each 12-week cycle will not provide you any advantage. In fact, it will adversely affect your development. The body needs time to rest and recover.

Access Recovery Modules As Needed.
Sore? Possible Injury? Use our Injury Treatment module to tackle injury and soreness before they develop into or become the cause of more serious issues. Think you need to be seen by a Physician? Find the best Sports Physicians in your area to address your athlete-specific needs.
✅ STEP 6.
Questions And Guidance.
If you have any questions or need any guidance, access your Groups.
- In the App – Click on from the App menu bar, select the corresponding group, select Discussions, and post your question or search the thread for answers to common questions.
- On the Web – Click on from the side menu, select the corresponding group, select Discussions, and post your question to The Training Team or search the thread for answers to common questions.

Additional Groups.
Depending on the Add-Ons you’ve purchased, you’ll gain access to additional groups. If you’ve Purchased a Complete Bundle, all questions can be asked in the Complete Group. If you’ve purchased GTA, all questions can be asked in your personal GTA Group.

Earn + Flex.
Earn Position Ranks, Skill Badges, and ATCâ„¢ Awards then, Flex them across all of your social media accounts.
- Access your Dashboard and scroll down to the My Awards, Earn Rank, and Earn Awards Tabs.
- To earn Position Ranks and view their requirements, click the Position Rank you want to earn.
- When earning Position Ranks, LV1 Position Ranks must be earned first, before any LV2+ Positon Ranks or Skill Badges for that position will be awarded.
- To earn ATCâ„¢ Awards and view their requirements, click on the ATCâ„¢ Award you want to earn.
