STANDARD PITCH.

STANDARD PITCH STEPS.

Tossing is the same as pitching except:

1. Open and pitch.
2. Turn.
3. Drive.
4. Drive.
5. X-Over.
6. Come Set.

REV PITCH.

REV PITCH STEPS.

Tossing is the same as pitching except:

1. Open.
2. Turn and pitch.
3. Drive.
4. Drive.
5. Turn.
6. X-Over.
7. Come Set.

TOSSES

Tossing is the same as pitching except:

1. On the first step, bring the ball down with both hands.
2. On the second step, toss the ball by thrusting it up and out.
3. The ball should be tossed hard and travel on a direct path to RB.
